McKinsey will have some entry-level consulting candidates debate an AI avatar as part of its interviews starting this fall.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the firm is adding a client simulation to test how recruits think on their feet and handle conversations with inquisitive or difficult clients. Polymarket's post on the story passed 1,100 likes, and one reply suggested candidates just send their own AI avatar to debate McKinsey's.

“JUST IN: Entry-level McKinsey applicants will now have to debate with an AI avatar as part of the firm's "revamped hiring process."”
