USTrump's AI task force holds first meeting, orders AI-risk report and early-warning system for hacks

President Donald Trump's AI task force, the Super Intelligence Force, held its first meeting and will commission a report on the dangers of AI from the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.

The White House said the task force did not consider new laws or rules and will engage with frontier model developers, consumer groups and civil liberties advocates.
