The official Grok Bot account (@bot) announced on October 9 that Grok Bot now has its own email; the post passed 13,000 likes and 2.18 million views. According to the help page, you claim one address such as yourname@mail.grokbot.com, and your bots can receive, read, search and send email from it. Ask the bot to "get yourself an email address" or pick a name in the Email plugin, then approve the card to create it. Each person gets one address, and it can't be renamed or deleted.
The bot can use the address to sign up for services and, with your OK, pick up verification codes or links. It can collect and summarize receipts and newsletters, and run a routine when mail arrives from specific senders. It sends email only when you've asked it to; otherwise it shows the draft and asks first, and instructions inside received email never count as your permission. There's no inbox view or new-mail notification in the apps, so you ask the bot to see your mail. Each message can go to up to 50 recipients with up to 10 attachments (25 MB total). On Cursor teams, an admin has to turn the feature on first.
