Meta released Muse Wonder and the larger Muse Wonder Full, new frontier models built for personal and professional AI agents.
According to Meta's blog on Oct 12, Muse Wonder is available now through the Meta Model API and the Muse Code coding tool, while Muse Wonder Full is open only to Muse Code subscribers. The models add Active Memory, which carries context across conversations.
Artificial Analysis put the two models at 52 and 56 on its Intelligence Index, up from 48 for Muse Spark 1.3 six weeks ago. Terminal-Bench 4.0 rose from 33% to 57%.
CEO Mark Zuckerberg said Meta has caught up with OpenAI and Anthropic and rejected calls to slow down, the Financial Times reported.
Reactions were split. After a user posted a weak 'make a Minecraft clone' result, Meta's chief AI officer Alexandr Wang said the 'whole team feels dumb now' and that the model wasn't trained on 3D demo games; the post passed 4,000 likes. Meta also fixed a bug that drained Muse Code usage limits too fast.
“Introducing Muse Wonder, our new family of frontier models with state of the art performance for personal and professional agentic work.”
