Dev"GPT was built to have no taste on purpose": a Korean developer's notes from an OpenAI talk hit 25,000 views
A Korean-language video summarizing an OpenAI employee's talk on how people build with AI now passed 25,000 views. Developer YouTuber StefanCho, author of a book on Claude Code harnesses, posted the 13-minute video Oct 22, noting he wrote it from memory and it may differ from what was said.
Per the description, OpenAI developers each build their own screenshot tools and talk to agents by drawing on images. He covers the philosophy gap between GPT, deliberately built "without taste" to do only what it's told, and Anthropic; voice coding; building turn by turn instead of all at once; and AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and harnesses. His conclusion: the basics of using AI well are being emphasized again.
Comments included "growing it turn by turn is definitely better" and a question about whether talking through images burns more tokens. He made the hand-drawn motion graphics with Claude Code and Remotion.
