ChatGPT Slides adds real-time co-editing, and Plus users ask why they're left out again

OpenAI added real-time collaboration and on-slide editing to ChatGPT Slides, its in-chat presentation maker.
Per the official ChatGPT account on Oct 19, people can now share decks, edit together and leave comments, then ask ChatGPT or a dot to turn feedback into updates. Text, charts, images and shapes can be changed by clicking right on the slide.
Users start by asking ChatGPT to 'create ChatGPT slides' from a conversation or file, then present in ChatGPT or export to PowerPoint or Google Slides. It is available on Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
Replies were mostly complaints. 'Once again, Plus users get left out,' read one; another said Claude offers it to all users and they would not pay $100 for a PowerPoint. The announcement passed 1,300 likes.
