OpenAI is giving eligible ChatGPT Pro and Business subscribers up to $500 a month in API credits.

OpenAI Developers said on X on Oct 28 that the credits are meant for building apps and agents. Amounts depend on the plan: Pro gets $100, $200 or $500 a month by tier, while Business gets $20 per paid Standard seat or $100 per paid Premium seat, pooled up to $500 per workspace. Credits are claimed in ChatGPT billing, and the OpenAI Developers plugin in ChatGPT or Codex can create an API key.
