It's 11 plugins, one per job function, each bundling skills, connectors (MCP servers), slash commands and subagents: productivity, sales, customer-support, product-management, marketing, legal, finance, data, enterprise-search, bio-research, plus cowork-plugin-management, which customizes the others for your company. Everything is markdown and JSON, so you can adapt it to your own tools.

In Claude Cowork, install from claude.com/plugins. In Claude Code:

Once installed, skills activate when relevant and commands like /sales:call-prep appear. Swap sales for any other plugin name.
