How to clear the Codex screen but keep the conversation with Ctrl+L

Starting with Codex CLI 0.167.0, pressing Ctrl+L clears only the terminal display, and the messages so far stay in the conversation. You can bring the cleared content back with Ctrl+T. Use it to tidy up a screen full of long output without losing the chat.

1. Update Codex to 0.167.0 or later.

npm install -g @openai/codex@0.167.0

1. During a conversation, press Ctrl+L to clear the display.
2. Press Ctrl+T when you want to see the earlier messages.

The release notes list this as a single bug-fix line, and the shortcut table in the official CLI docs doesn't mention it yet.
