Attach to a background session by part of its name: claude attach, claude logs

Background sessions started with claude agents can be addressed by name since v2.1.290 (October 5). Part of the name is enough.

claude attach oauth     # attach to the "oauth-migration" session
claude logs oauth       # tail just that session's log

Name a session with --name at launch, or /rename mid-session.

claude --name "oauth-migration"

In the same release, /model, /effort and /rename sent from the claude agents view apply to a busy session right away (they used to wait for the turn to end). The web search budget also changed from "200 calls, then done" to 100 per hour that refills, so research-heavy sessions stop getting cut off.
