How to install 22 Blender 5.2 skills in Claude Code to build 3D assets
Blender Agent Skills (blender-skills) packages Blender workflows as 22 agent skills. They cover modeling, UVs, PBR materials, baking, rigging, animation, optimization and rendering, plus time-of-day lighting, weather effects and asset QA, with export setups for Roblox, Unity, Unreal and Godot. The repo was published on October 14 and targets Blender 5.2 LTS and later.
- In Claude Code, add the marketplace and install the plugin.
/plugin marketplace add EL4CTEO/blender-skills
/plugin install blender-agent-skills@blender-agent-skills
To share the skills with Codex and other agents, clone the repo and run the installer. By default it symlinks the skills into both ~/.claude/skills and ~/.agents/skills. Add --project DIR to install into a single project, or --uninstall to remove them.
git clone https://github.com/EL4CTEO/blender-skills
./blender-skills/install/install.sh
- Describe the job in plain words. The
blender-coreskill picks it up first and routes it to the right skill.
Make a game-ready crate for Unreal with baked normals and LODs.
With a Blender MCP server connected, the agent works in your open Blender; without one, it runs Blender in the background and executes scripts there. Either way you need Blender 5.2 or later installed.
