How to check when your stored claude.ai login expires with claude auth status in Claude Code

Starting with Claude Code 2.1.318 (November 4), the JSON output of claude auth status includes a loginExpiresAt field showing when the stored claude.ai sign-in ends. The JSON result of claude -p carries the same value as credential_expires_at.

From 10 days before the sign-in ends, claude -p text output adds a one-line warning on stderr. Use it to catch an expiring login before an unattended scheduled job stops. The field names appear only in the changelog, not yet in the CLI reference.
